The Easiest Way To Improve MTB Control
Finding your balance points over the front and back wheels can dramatically improve your mountain bike handling skills. In this video, you'll learn the Endo, Stoppie and Front Wheel Pivot. All three can be used to make you more comfortable and confident on steep riding sections of the trail (and then some). We'll also use a drill called "ET" to help us focus our attention elsewhere on the bike, which helps us get more comfortable on the front wheel.
