Hopping For Balance: Skills Challenge Day 19

We're going to dial in the english bunnyhop in this video - this can be repurposed on the trail to easy hop over challenging bits of trail, but it can also be used to balance in place. Don't forget your pedal scoop when you pop up, you'll need that to bring the back wheel off the ground.
