Day 3: Skills Challenge
Today's skill challenge is going to focus on "unweighting" which is when we move our body quickly away from the part of the bike that we want to lift up. On day 3, we're going to apply the unweighting to our front wheel, using our bodyweight instead of our arms to lift it off the ground.
Unweighting is a key skill for all bike control and bike handling, this will come in handy over the course the challenge quite a bit!
